Vacaville Community Emergency Response Teams

    The VCERT program is looking for more volunteers to join and create teams throughout the Community. These teams could be called into action the next time disaster strikes. This training is free to Vacaville residents 18 and older. Sponsors are welcome to help offset the City's cost of training.  View and download more information in the VCERT Brochure.

    Next Session/TBA

    • If you would like to be placed on the contact list for the next VCERT session, email your VCERT application to Fire@CityofVacaville.com.
    • Classes consist of five consecutive Thursdays, 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
    •  The fifth week concludes on a Saturday with a half day drill and practical skills test.

    VCERT began in April 2006 with a graduating class of 24 members.
