2026 Slurry Seal and Asphalt Concrete Repair Projects

    Construction Starting in April 2026

    The City of Vacaville will be performing pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing work on several streets as part of the 2026 Slurry Seal Project and 2026 AC Repair Project.  The City anticipates the Contractor will begin construction in April 2026. 

    Please be aware that there will be temporary disruptions to pedestrian walkway access, traffic flow, and parking availability will occur within the project areas.

    What to Expect During Construction

    Some impacts will be noticeable during construction, including: 

    • Temporary crosswalk closures
    • Lane closures and traffic detours
    • Limited parking
    • Increased construction activity
    • Trucks entering/exiting construction zones

    Impacted Areas

    AC Repairs will occur on the same streets as the Slurry Seal Project.
