Midway Road Water Line Project

Construction has begun, with an estimated completion timeline of Spring 2028.

The City is installing a new 18-inch water line along Midway Road, between Hartley Road and Gentile Lane, to provide a critical water distribution system connection for two new well sites.

This project is fully funded by Development Impact Fees for use on Utilities Department-related work collected from Development projects.

What to Expect During Construction

Please be aware that there will be temporary disruptions to pedestrian walkway access, traffic flow, and parking availability within the project areas.

Some impacts will be noticeable during construction, including: 

  • Temporary crosswalk closures
  • Lane closures and traffic detours
  • Limited parking
  • Increased construction activity
  • Trucks entering/exiting construction zones
  • Night-time work near I-505
  • Trench plates
