Now Accepting Band Submissions for the 2026 CreekWalk Concert Series

The City of Vacaville is seeking talented bands to perform in the 2026 CreekWalk Concert Series, held in beautiful Downtown Vacaville. This popular summer tradition draws large crowds and features a variety of musical acts on the CreekWalk stage.

To be considered, please submit the following:

1. Photo of band
2. Video of live performance (any other submission will not be considered)
3. Recent attendance numbers
4. Booking fee
5. References (optional)
6. Sound requirements; for example, does band provide own front of house? (optional)

2026 CreekWalk Concert Series – Band Selection Timeline

• September to November - Band Submissions Open
  Bands are invited to submit their materials for consideration.
• December - Band Selection Meeting
  Community members and performing arts professionals review all submissions.
• January - Follow-Up Meetings
• Top 30 bands are contacted for additional discussions.
• Late January to Early February - Contracts Finalized
  Selected bands are confirmed for the 2026 CreekWalk Concert Series!

CreekWalk Concert Series – Contract Preview

What the City of Vacaville Provides:

•  Stage, lighting, and professional sound system
• Hospitality Tent for band members only
  • Includes light dinner and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Please communicate any special dietary needs or allergies in advance

What the Band Provides:

•  Completed New Vendor Forms
• Stage Plot, Set List, and Social Media Blurb
• Performance Requirements:
  • 3 sets total: (2) 45-minute sets + (1) 60-minute set
  • Mix of original and/or cover music appropriate for a family-friendly audience
• No other performances within 30 days / 30-mile radius prior to your scheduled concert date
• Arrival by 3:00 PM for sound check at 4:00 PM sharp
