Active Duty Military (Non-Residents)

To receive early registration access, visit a Vacaville Community Center by February 27, 2026. Bring current active duty military ID to have an exception placed on your account.

• Check your account information for accuracy.
  • Make sure that your child's birthday, grade level, address, and other personal information associated with the account are accurate.
• *Active duty military (non-resident) must visit a Vacaville Community Center by February 27, 2026 and bring a current Active Duty Military ID to have early access added to your account.

Payment Plans and Discounts

• Payment plans with 50% down available until March 31st and must be paid in full by May 10th.
  • Maintenance and non-resident fees are due upfront.
• 10% sibling discount are applicable year round.
• 10% Early Bird discount only available online for residents and active duty military* March 7 through March 9 at 8:00am.

Scholarships

Scholarship applications must be turned in by February 27 to be considered for summer camp use.

Both forms MUST be signed and submitted prior to leaving any medication on site, including over-the-counter medications such as Benadryl, Tylenol, etc.

Medication Administration Authorization Form

1. The Medication Authorization form MUST be physically signed by the prescribing physician. Computerized signatures are no longer accepted.
2. Medical Authorization forms expire 1 year after issuance and will need to be updated and resubmitted prior to the expiration date in order to leave medication on site.
3. All medications must be in their original packaging with the prescription label on the box/bottle.
4. Over the counter medication should have the child’s name legibly written in permanent marker on the box/bottle.
5. All medications must be given to staff for safe keeping. Medications are NOT allowed to be in a child’s backpack, lunch box, etc.
6. Parents must review the medication administration and dosage with staff prior to leaving medication on site.
7. Forms should be submitted directly to Typhanie Ricci-Western, ADA Supervisor by email or in person at the Ulatis Community Center. DO NOT return forms to site staff.
