Where "Culture Meets Nature!"

Currently Under Construction!

We are excited to announce that Trower Park is currently under construction for renovations and is expected to reopen to the public in the winter of 2026. The renovated Trower Park will feature a variety of new amenities to enhance your park experience. These amenities were chosen based on community feedback gathered from 2020-2021.

New Park Amenities

Two (2) picnic areas with shade structures
Pedestrian paths with artistic butterfly stamps
Concrete benches
Pollinator garden
Nature themed play equipment
Soccer goals
Mist pad
Skate ramps and rail
ADA parking stall improvements
Irrigation improvements
New informational kiosk and native plant signage

Public Art Project

Following the renovations public art will be added into the park as follows.

Art Component 1: Surface Murals on the basketball court, skate elements, and mist pad.
Art Component 2: Mosaic Tile Art in low park wall
Art Component 3: Alebrije-Inspired Placemaking Sculptures – a project that is to be led by an experienced sculptor who will guide local budding artists develop and present public art proposals with one final project coming to fruition.

The artwork will bring the park's theme of "Culture Meets Nature" to life through these distinctive elements, incorporating cultural components and representations of nature.

You can get involved in this public art project in two ways:

Submit your qualifications and Bid to be one of the artists or a contractor who works on these art projects.
