Whether you need an intimate space for a small gathering or a grand room for a large corporate event, the City of Vacaville has many locations and options to suit your needs!

General Community Center Rental Information

For information on facility rentals, please check out each rental site for email and phone information.
Tables, chairs and set-up are included in the rental rate.
WiFi is available at each location
Reservations are confirmed after deposit is made and you have received a reservation confirmation.
All applications are tentative until a reservation permit is issued.
Facility staff is available by appointment to tour any of the sites and answer questions.
Special Event Insurance is required for all rentals.
- Events with 0-150 guests with no alcohol
- Events with Alcohol or events over 150 guests

The City of Vacaville does not have a preferred vendors list but can provide a list of vendors that have been used in the past.
