Log on to your CivicRec account.

Click "Account" on the top left side of the screen

Click "Contact Preferences" on the right side of the screen.

Click the green "+New Contact Method" button on the right side of the screen to add a new phone number.

Make sure to specify your cell carrier in the dropdown.

Make sure all three contact preference boxes are checked for at least one contact method, Courtesy Notices, Critical Announcements, and Upcoming Events. We promise not to spam you!
