    The Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program is a federal financing tool offered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that allows the City of Vacaville to leverage future Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) allocations to fund transformative public facility and neighborhood improvement projects. Vacaville’s Section 108 Project:

    De Colores Neighborhood Park & Malaquias Montoya Community Center

    Vacaville is applying for $2.63 million in Section 108 Loan funds to support the development of a new public park and community center in the Markham Callen Neighborhood.
