2026 Point-In-Time (PIT) Count

Teams of volunteers go out into Solano County communities and count the number of people experiencing homelessness. These teams are guided by navigators who have lived experience. We are looking for volunteers to participate in this year's PIT Count. Thank you for helping ensure everyone counts.

Temporary Change to Public Office Hours

Effective December 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026, public walk-in hours will be temporarily adjusted due to limited staffing. Front counter hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday (closed every other Friday). Staff will remain available by phone 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM at (707) 449-5675.
