The building permit, approved plans, and supporting documentation shall be made available to the inspector on site. No inspections will be conducted without these required documents.

Re-inspection fees may be applied for the following reasons:

• The project is not ready, the inspector cannot gain entry, and/or the work is incomplete
• The permit card and approved plans are not available to the inspector onsite.
• Inspections canceled after 6:00 AM

If your project requires a Preconstruction Meeting, please contact our main line to speak to a Building Division representative to initiate the process and schedule a meeting. The contractor will need to provide e-mail contact information for all contractors and subcontractors who will be assigned to the project. All Preconstruction meetings will be held virtually. Please review all approval stamps to determine if this is a project requirement.
