    Business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and every other Friday. (Visit the City calendar for City Hall closures and holidays.)

    • In-person Appointments
      If you plan to visit in person, we recommend scheduling an appointment with City staff - (707) 449-5152, Option #1.
      Walk-ins are welcome and will be assisted between appointments. 
      You may also contact the Building Division via e-mail.

    • Building Division Inspections
      Building Division Inspections are performed in-person.
      Building Permit Cards are physically signed.
    • Inspection Results 
      Call the automated Inspection Line at (707) 999-7113.
      Utilize our on-line, ETrakit portal to view inspection results.
