All projects are submitted online through eTRAKiT, and appointments are scheduled using Microsoft Bookings. There is no need to visit City Hall in person, permits will be processed and delivered to the applicant entirely online.

Residential Wednesday offers expedited plan review for eligible residential projects. Submit your application and plans online to be reviewed between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM every Wednesday by our plan check team.

All projects are submitted online through eTRAKiT, and appointments are scheduled using Microsoft Bookings a week prior to the desired appointment. There is no need to visit City Hall in person, permits will be processed and delivered to the applicant entirely online.

Online Residential Wednesday Criteria & Request Form

Residential Wednesday offers expedited, in-person plan review for eligible residential projects. Appointments are available between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM every Wednesday and are conducted on-site with our plan check team at City Hall.

All applicants must first schedule an in-person appointment using Microsoft Bookings or call the Building Division at 707-449-5152, option number one (1). Applicants must arrive at their scheduled appointment with all required documents in hand. Permits for eligible projects will be reviewed, processed, and issued same day.
