The Information Technology Division (IT) is responsible for providing IT support services to all departments in the City. The division directs, leads and manages IT programs, policies and operations to accomplish department goals and objectives. 

IT oversees and provides the following services:

• Technical Support (both hardware and software)
• IT Project Implementation
• Computer Network Planning
• Telephone Infrastructure
• Server, Storage and Backup Support
• Network Devices, Wireless and Video Surveillance Support
• Project and program management
• Disaster Recovery Support
• Network Security
• Budgeting and Planning IT Expenditures
