Speaking during the Meeting
Public Comment during the meeting is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker (subject to the Mayor’s discretion). The floor will be open for public comment at the beginning of the meeting for items not on the agenda, and again for each agendized item.
Written comments may also be emailed to the City Clerk by 3:30 PM prior to the start of the meeting and will become part of the public record.

In the Zoom Webinar, use the "raise hand" function or if dialing in press *9 on your phone.
When it is your turn to speak, you will be unmuted by the host.
Participants joining by telephone may also press *6 to mute/unmute if needed.
