Cell site tower leases are managed and coordinated by the City Manager's Office,

NOTE: All new leases, extensions, or modifications (including the addition of new equipment, change in terms, change in rent request, etc.), must go through the amendment process which includes presentation and approval by City Council.

New Cell Tower Inquiries

For new cell tower location inquires, contact Erin Berndsen and include:

Your name and contact information
The company you represent
The Tower or Cellular company name, if different from above
The exact location you are interested in for the new tower
Details on the type of tower
- Stealth, monopole, etc.
- Number of antennas and/or dishes to start (if known)
- Approximate square feet of required space (if known)
- Frequency the equipment will operate in (if known)
If the site will need a gas-powered back-up generator
Any other pertinent information available
Timeline for lease commencement

Once received the request will be reviewed by the applicable departments, including Community Development, Public Works, and/or the department responsible for the location requested.
