Ted Fremouw was elected to the Vacaville City Council on November 5, 2024, to fulfill a four-year term.

Mr. Fremouw is also the founder and former CEO of Fremouw Environmental Services, Inc., a certified small business specializing in industrial cleaning, hazardous waste management, spill response, and environmental compliance. Under his leadership, the company became a trusted provider of environmental solutions, operating a modern equipment fleet and employing a highly trained professional team. His strategic vision and commitment to safety, compliance, and innovation led to the company’s acquisition in 2021.
As a City Councilmember in Vacaville, Mr. Fremouw is actively involved in shaping policies that support economic growth, infrastructure improvements, and community safety. His leadership priorities include:
