Ted Fremouw was elected to the Vacaville City Council on November 5, 2024, to fulfill a four-year term.

Mr. Fremouw is a seasoned entrepreneur, environmental industry expert, and civic leader committed to community development and sustainable business practices. With decades of experience in environmental services, regulatory compliance, and public policy, he has established himself as a respected leader in both the private and public sectors. 

Mr. Fremouw is also the founder and former CEO of Fremouw Environmental Services, Inc., a certified small business specializing in industrial cleaning, hazardous waste management, spill response, and environmental compliance. Under his leadership, the company became a trusted provider of environmental solutions, operating a modern equipment fleet and employing a highly trained professional team. His strategic vision and commitment to safety, compliance, and innovation led to the company’s acquisition in 2021.

As a City Councilmember in Vacaville, Mr. Fremouw is actively involved in shaping policies that support economic growth, infrastructure improvements, and community safety. His leadership priorities include:
