The City of Vacaville (City) Utilities Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call Construction Management services for water and wastewater capital improvement projects throughout the City's service area. The selected firm shall serve as the City's single point of responsibility for construction management, full-time construction inspection, and materials testing coordination under a single Agreement. The firm shall provide comprehensive project oversight from preconstruction through project closeout and may perform services using its own staff, qualified subconsultants, or a combination of both. Regardless of the staffing approach, the prime consultant shall remain fully responsible for the management, coordination, quality, and delivery of all services.
Important: Firms proposing only construction inspection services or only materials testing services should not submit qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
