The City of Vacaville is soliciting bids for the Construction and Testing of Well 21 Project. The work includes drilling an adjacent shallower well at an existing production well site, as well as performing an 8-hour step pump test and an 8-hour aquifer test. Contractor and subcontractors, if any, shall possess a C-57 license at the time a bid is submitted for this Project.

This contract is subject to prevailing wage requirements and all applicable provisions of the California Labor Code and Public Contract Code. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which proposal is in the best interest of the City.
