Three EGG-citing Events in Vacaville for the Whole Family

VACAVILLE, Calif. – The Bunny Breakfast, Bunnies and Bonnets, and Underwater Egg Hunt take over on Saturday, April 4. Hop around to each event to keep the kiddos smiling and entertained all day long.

Bunny Breakfast

Pre-register for the annual Bunny Breakfast to celebrate the season with all-you-can-eat pancakes, two sausage links, fruit, and delicious beverages, and enjoy the company of everyone’s favorite egg-hiding Bunny.

 

Saturday, April 4
8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
McBride Community Center
91 Town Square Plaza 

Bring a camera to snap some family photos and enjoy the craft station. This event includes a raffle that benefits the City of Vacaville preschool programs.

Pre-registration is required for all ages by April 1. The cost is $13 per person for ages two and up. No drop-in attendees will be permitted. Breakfast will be served promptly at 8:30 AM.

Bunnies and Bonnets

Mr. Jack Rabbit is coming to Andrews Park for the annual Bunnies and Bonnets Family Fun Day. Families can expect a wonderful day filled with wagon rides, face painting, crafts, games, a petting zoo, an obstacle course, a photo op, and an all-day egg hunt. New this year, a sensory-friendly area will be available for all ages and abilities.

All egg hunts are offered while supplies last. Egg Hunt areas will be divided into three age groups: Ages 0-3 (with adult), Ages 4-8, and all ages. Every child participating in the hunt will need to bring a basket. Entertainment and vendors are subject to change. Wagon rides and petting zoo are $5 per person.

Underwater Egg Hunt

Jump into fun and gather eggs at the Underwater Water Egg Hunt. Participants ages 12 and under will have two chances to hunt eggs with multiple hunting options, including: floating eggs in the three to five-foot pool, hidden eggs in the Spray Playground for toddlers under 48 inches, and land eggs for those who don’t feel like getting wet.

Following the egg hunts, participants can enjoy arts and crafts, games, and the 35-foot water slides for an eggs-traordinary afternoon of fun!

Children under eight years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult in the water and within arm’s reach at all times. Pre-registration is highly encouraged by April 2, with a cost of $15 per participant.  The day of drop-in is $17 per person. Spectators are welcome!  A $5 fee will be charged for those attending but not participating.
