VACAVILLE, Calif. – Work on the Jepson Parkway Project is nearing completion. Beginning August 18, 2025, work on the center median will begin on Leisure Town Road between Elmira Road and Ulatis Creek.
Please follow traffic signage and plan for delays in the following areas:
- Starting the week of August 18, southbound traffic will be shifted to the far west side of Leisure Town Road, and northbound traffic will remain on the far east side of Leisure Town Road.
- For the following roads, left-hand turns onto Leisure Town Road, as well as left-hand turns for drivers traveling northbound on Leisure Town Road will not be available:
- Commerce Place
- Union Way
- Zephyr Lane
- Stonewood Drive
- The traffic signal at Ulatis Drive and Leisure Town Road will be live on August 18.
- Northbound travelers will be able to make a U-turn at Ulatis Drive, and southbound travelers will be able to make a U-turn at Marshall Road.
- The sidewalk on the west side of Leisure Town Road is now open for pedestrian access from Elmira Road to the south corner of Ulatis Drive. The sidewalk to the north from Ulatis Drive to the Ulatis Creek Bridge remains closed.
