The City of Vacaville will host a community meeting to present an overview of BESS facilities, provide background on the moratorium, discuss the process for drafting a new ordinance, and seek feedback from the community. The meeting will be held at the Ulatis Community Center, 1000 Ulatis Drive, Room D & E, on October 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will also be live streamed on Comcast Channel 26 and AT&T Channel 99, and the City’s YouTube feed.
