The City of Vacaville has received a General Plan Amendment (GPA) request for a vacant 9.91-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Leisure Town Road and Redstone Parkway, within the Southtown master planned community.
The request proposes amending the General Plan land use designation from Residential High Density (20.1โ30 du/ac) to Residential Medium Density (8.1โ14.0 du/ac) to accommodate a potential subdivision of 136 single-family residential units (13.72 units per acre).
