The City of Vacaville invites the community to a Neighborhood Meeting to learn more about the proposed North Orchard Oaks Apartments at W Monte Vista & N Orchard Avenues. The Applicant and City staff will present the proposal, answer questions, and listen to community feedback.
The proposal includes:
- 36 rental units in one 4-story building (1–2 bedrooms, 501–1,013 sq. ft.)
- Courtyard, 2 rooftop decks, and bicycle parking
- 47 parking stalls
- Retention of 2 Oak trees, removal of 26, planting of 32 new trees
- Mediterranean-style architecture
